Google not letting me download stuff for minecraft

With SmartScreen off, you are on your own about which files to download in Edge, but I would urge you to go back and toggle SmartScreen on when you have finished downloading your file.

I would love to download it so i dont have to worry about using my internet browser to play anyway. My java is working but the only thing i can think of is that i have the wrong update of java.
